Agentic AI Strategy and Architecture
From AI pilots to agents that do real work in your business.
Most organisations now have a chatbot, a few pilots and a policy document. Far fewer have an agent that reliably handles a real process end to end. The gap is rarely the model. It is the choice of process, the access to data and systems, and the controls around the agent.
What we do
Find where agents pay off
We go through your processes with the people who run them and rank candidate use cases by value, risk and how ready your data and systems are. Some processes are a good fit for agents. Many are better served by ordinary automation, and we will say so.
Design the agent and its harness
An agent needs more than a model. We design the harness around it: which tools and systems it can use, what context it gets, its permissions, how its output is evaluated, how it is monitored, and where a person has to approve. This fits into your existing enterprise architecture rather than sitting beside it.
Set up governance and EU AI Act readiness
We map your planned and existing AI use against the EU AI Act risk categories, define ownership and approval for new agents, and set up the documentation you will need. We work alongside your legal advisers, not instead of them.
Build the first agent with your team
Where it helps, we build a first agent as a proof of concept, together with your own staff, so they can build and run the next one themselves. The goal is capability in your organisation, not a dependency on us.
What you get
- A ranked list of agent use cases with expected value, risk and prerequisites
- A reference architecture for agents and their harness in your environment
- A governance model: roles, approval steps, evaluation and monitoring
- An EU AI Act readiness overview for your AI use
- Optionally, a working proof of concept and a team that knows how it was built
We run on agents ourselves
Poush Digital’s own back office runs on agents. Receipts and invoices are read, classified and filed. Card bills are reconciled against receipts. A payment list with check-digit validation is produced on a schedule, and a human approves every payment. It is a small system, but it has the parts every serious agent needs: clear scope, the right tools, checks on the output and a person who signs off.
